Welcome to Adrenofit!

I am a fitness professional certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and a professional member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). My specialties are endurance training, speed development, strength-training, kettlebell training, boxing, core strength and stability and agility for sport specific conditioning.

Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of people varying in fitness levels. During this time, I have witnessed people accomplish their goals, large and small as well as help them overcome their fears and previous road blocks. My clientele are typically baby-boomers and include a wide range of people. They include people trying to manage their weight, experienced triathletes, marathoners, and an ultra-distance athlete who cycled across America.

I see my profession as something more than just showing people exercises and how to lift weights. It’s about connecting with people and helping them make sometimes very difficult lifestyle changes. This means helping people to think differently about health, exercise, and most importantly, themselves.

Stay tuned for news, information and issues related to health and fitness. This site also aims to enlighten, inspire, provide accurate scientific information and dispel myths, latest fads and expensive gadgets.

  1. I am a NASM fitness professional. My own journey started with a trainer helping me change my life through nutrition, exercise and learning how to change the way I think. My mind was my biggest battle field and is where I find success for my clients and myself.

I look forward to following your blog. Come over and see me. I would love your comments and imput.

Yes, I think that is the most difficult part is getting people to think differently about exercise and themselves.

I am glad you turned it around in your own life. You have a lot to pass on to others!
